Tracy

Name: Tracy
Age: Deceased at 23, has been a ghost for 12 years
Height: 6' 2" at the shoulders, used to be 7'
Sex: Female
Species: Gengar/Arcanine

Tracy is a Gengar, formerly a Haunter, who used to be an Arcanine before a car accident decapitated her. Due to not realizing the piece of metal stabbing her in the neck had gone all the way through she used the last of her fire breath on said piece of metal, heating it up to cauterize the edges of the wound before she blacked out. Hoping that would slow the bleeding and buy the paramedics enough time to save her. This combined with a paramedic 'mon noticing her lack of heart beat before they pulled her free and therefore not aware her head was no longer attached, led to him restarting her heart with a zap before attempting to extract her and making that discovery. as a result, while Tracy died, her headless body was technically alive. She woke up in the hospital to the sound of the doctors bring her very confused and very argumentative mother to the room they had her body in, and was in the process of freaking out that her head was on the opposite side of the room from her body and neither was the perspective she was seeing things from.

In excellent physical shape even before she died, she's not what you'd expect from a buff fire type, and actually greatly despises the 'dumb hothead' stereotype, being a bit of a dork and a massive bookworm. Enough of a book worm that she's pretty sure having books she hasn't read yet is what kept her from passing on. After she died, she converted her home into a haunted house and lived off of that until it became too much of a minor novelty after a few years to bring in any significant income. The house was in the process of being repossessed, and was scheduled to be demolished to expand a parking lot when she found Neurofurs Station and decided to haunt Max's bar instead. Moving her things aboard, including her old body, she's since gotten the old brain-dead head fixed up and fitted with a new brain, making her technically alive again, if you don't mind the fact that her soul is a ghost who can leave her body any time she wants, and her head is permanently detached.

She's figured out how to reshape her (or his if she's in the mood) body, and turn parts of it intangible or invisible at will. like, say, turning her head semitransparent to show off her mind. she likes to use this to pop herself apart.

when not using her body, it tends to either find a warm place to curl up, something soft to cuddle (frequently someone), or both.
she disappears from the station periodically due to having a partner and a kid back in Palette town.
