Administrator Cere

The left half of Administrator Cere's brain, inheriting his original body and name. As a mad-science experiment and excuse to effectively spread out the work, Administrator Cere attempted a bold procedure on his own brain. He split his brain down the middle, inserting the right half into another body. Each half had a magitech chip attached to make up for the missing half, as well as to allow the halves to mentally communicate when necessary. This created two versions of himself, one logical and detail focused and another more personable and fun. Either way, the experiment was a success, even if it dropped their individual intelligences.

Appearance

Domed Unicorn with a gray coat, wearing a Stable 83 suit and Pip-Buck with a stack of papers on his flank. His dome only has half a gray-colored brain in it with the rest of the space filled with vacuum-tube-laden computer chips.

Personality

Cere is a more serious and detail-oriented pony compared to the other half of his brain. He speaks well enough, but has difficulty making any complicated decisions if he's too far away from Bellum. He also finds humor to be tricky since the missing half would handle that.
